Our gels use a low-level sodium carbonate peroxide at just 0.28%, well below the EU Cosmetics Regulation threshold for cosmetic products. This means our formula does not require the use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide or conventional bleaching agents, and can be used safely under EU regulations.
In practice, this is what the industry refers to as a “non-peroxide” whitening system. At this concentration, combined with our Beyond Polus system and the expertise of our dental professionals, it delivers the same results as high-strength hydrogen peroxide systems, without the sensitivity.
The result is a gentle yet effective whitening gel that delivers five to ten shades whiter in just one hour, with no reported sensitivity or gum irritation.
