The White House Money-Back Guarantee
Our guarantee to you: at least 5 shades whiter, or we’ll make it right.
We’re so confident in our award-winning laser teeth whitening that every in-clinic treatment is backed by our full money-back guarantee. Here’s exactly how it works.
- Our results commitment
Â
Our goal is to leave you 5 to 10 shades whiter in a single one-hour session. Our guarantee is built around a minimum improvement of 5 shades from your individual starting shade. Every treatment is carried out by fully qualified dental professionals using our award-winning laser system, and is tailored to you on the day.
- How we measure your results
Â
Before your treatment begins, one of our dental professionals records your starting shade using the industry-standard VITApan shade guide, and confirms it with you before we proceed. Your starting and finishing shades are noted on your record on the day, and the same guide is used at any follow-up, so every assessment is measured on a like-for-like basis.
- Your aftercare responsibilities
Â
To protect your results, it’s important to follow the aftercare set out in the treatment consent information (www.thewhitehouse.ie/treatmentconsent) you agreed to and signed at the time of booking. This includes following a white diet for the first 24 hours and completely avoiding dark-staining foods and drinks and cigarettes during this period. As these factors are within your control and directly affect how well your results hold, we’re unable to guarantee results where the signed aftercare guidance hasn’t been followed.
- A note on natural regression
Â
In a small number of cases, some colour regression can occur in the days following treatment. This is a normal variation that usually comes down to the natural mineral content of your teeth rather than the treatment itself. If it happens to you, we’ll put it right, as set out below.
- Step one, your complimentary review
Â
If you feel you haven’t reached at least 5 shades whiter, or your results have regressed, get in touch and we’ll arrange a complimentary review appointment at your nearest clinic. At the review, we’ll re-check your shade against your original baseline using the same VITApan guide.
- Step two, putting it right
Â
Following your review, we’ll recommend the best route forward, either a complimentary second treatment, which resolves the vast majority of cases, or a free home whitening kit to top up and maintain your results at home.
- Step three, your money-back guarantee
Â
If, after your complimentary second treatment, you still haven’t achieved a minimum 5-shade improvement from your original baseline, or further regression occurs, you’re covered by our full money-back guarantee. Refunds are confirmed in clinic following a shade check with the VITApan guide. We’re unable to process refunds remotely, as we need to verify your shade in person.
- Your guarantee window
Â
To be eligible, please raise any concern about your results within 30 days of your initial treatment. As long as you’ve contacted us within this window, we’ll see the review and, where applicable, the refund process through to completion, even if your review or second treatment falls a little after the 30 days.
- What’s covered
Â
This guarantee applies to your initial in-clinic laser teeth whitening treatment, however it was purchased, including treatments booked using a gift voucher or a promotional offer. Top-up and maintenance sessions are designed to maintain your existing results and fall outside this guarantee. Laser whitening works on natural tooth enamel only, so it can’t change the colour of crowns, veneers, fillings, dentures, or teeth affected by root canal treatment or certain medications; where these are present, your results are assessed on your natural teeth. Our dental professionals will always talk you through what’s realistic for your smile on the day.
- How to get in touch
Â
To book your review appointment, or if you have any questions about your results, just reply to any of our follow-up emails.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
