Frederick is the Founder and CEO of The White House, Teeth Whitening Clinics and The White House, Dental & Facial Aesthetics UK, established in 2008. Since then Frederick has grown the company from a single clinic to eight international clinics and growing. Frederick is the registered responsible person in each of the UK clinics, with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority and Healthcare Improvement Scotland who are the independent health care regulator that safeguards the public by maintaining high standards for private dentistry. Frederick manages inspections, reviews, and audits the RQIA and Healthcare Improvement Scotland and The White House, carry out to assure high quality of care. Frederick is also responsible for upkeeping the policies and procedures employed by The White House clinics which promote continuous improvement, safeguarding customers and staff and helps to maintain the highest level of quality service. Over many years in the industry, Frederick has built solid client relationships and a proven track record of project delivery as well as managing small and large teams across both cosmetic and dental industries.

Remya Jibin is a highly dedicated and patient-focused Dentist and Dental Therapist with a wealth of experience in both general and specialised dentistry. Having worked for over 8 years as an Overseas Dentist, Remya brings a high level of skill, professionalism, and dedication to patient care. Remya is skilled in a variety of procedures, including restorative and surgical treatments, periodontal therapy, and preventative care. Her expertise covers general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, patient education, radiography, and infection control. Remya is known for her meticulous and compassionate approach, excelling at building rapport with patients of all ages, easing dental anxiety, and providing thorough, gentle cleanings. She is committed to delivering high-quality, pain-free treatments. Remya maintains her clinical excellence through continuous learning, holding certifications in Safeguarding Levels 1 and 2, and Adult Basic Life Support, AED & Medical Emergencies Training. Remya is a valued member of the team, dedicated to maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

Jaqueline Duraes is a highly experienced and reliable Dental Professional working with The White House since 2022 Jackie brings over 12 years of clinical dentistry expertise to our team. She is an accomplished professional who holds a Master’s degree in Endodontics and specialises in family health and endodontic treatments. Jackie is proficient in all aspects of chair-side support, including 4-handed dentistry, strict infection control and instrument sterilisation, and assisting with complex procedures like oral surgery/extractions and root canals therapy. Grissel is a dedicated and highly experienced dental professional who has been a valued member of The White House team since 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and has recently qualified as a dentist in Spain, bringing extensive experience as both a General Dentist and Dental Nurse to her role. Based at The White House Clinic in Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, Dublin 2, Grissel serves as a Dental Professional and Teeth Whitening Specialist. She excels in both clinical and operational excellence—performing professional teeth whitening treatments, maintaining strict adherence to sterilisation and cleaning protocols, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Known for her warm and welcoming approach, Grissel is committed to providing every patient with a professional, comfortable, and effective teeth whitening experience.

Natasha is our Dental Professional who will be looking after you in Swords. Natasha has several years of experience working as a Dental Nurse, qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2013 as a dental nurse and working up to become the Lead Dental Nurse in 2017. Along with working as a Lead Dental Nurse, Natasha has progressed into doing compliance and working closely together with other dental practices to make sure they are at their highest levels of health and safety as possible. Natasha is described by customers as being very professional, friendly and patient.

Emily is a valued member of the team at The White House, where she works as a Teeth Whitening Specialist at our Dundrum location. Having joined us in 2023. Emily brings her expertice as a dental nurse to help our clients achieve their best smiles.

Maria Guzun is a highly skilled and compassionate professional who is a Qualified Dentist (graduated July 2025), currently working as an experienced Dental Nurse with The White House clinics in Brown Thomas and Arnotts Maria brings over six years of hands-on experience as a Dental Nurse, making her proficient in assisting with a wide range of treatments, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and prosthodontic procedures. She is certified in both Invisalign and Six Month Smiles. Her commitment to patient care is evident in her ability to reassure anxious patients and children and her strict adherence to the highest standards of infection control. Maria’s unique background, including volunteer dental work in Tanzania, ensures she delivers comprehensive and empathetic support to both our clinicians and our patients.

Amr is a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Professional who brings a wealth of expertise and a patient-first approach to The White House team in Belfast with his primary expertise and GDC registration as a Dental Hygienist (GDC No: 288568) Amr is contracted for duties including the delivery of professional teeth whitening services, patient consultation, and comprehensive clinic management and holds a Bachelor’s degree of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery (Dentist) from Cairo University, awarded in May 2010. Amr is consistently described by colleagues as a highly valued, reliable, and exceptionally thorough professional. His clinical judgment is sound, and he has a deep understanding of dental hygiene, preventative care, and infection control. He is renowned for his warm, approachable nature and outstanding communication skills and excels at building rapport, ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease, and providing clear, compassionate advice on oral health routines. Amr maintains the highest standards of care through extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD), including training in: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Emergencies Infection Control Update Safeguarding for Children and Vulnerable Adults (Levels 1 & 2) Oral Cancer: Early Detection, Anatomy, Pathology & Differential Diagnosis Amr is committed to clinical excellence, ensuring every patient at The White House receives precise, high-quality, and comfortable care.

Emma is one of the longest-serving employees of The White House, having joined our team in 2015. A qualified dental nurse with many years of experience in teeth whitening, Emma is one of our Dental Professionals completing treatments at our Galway clinic. With an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, Emma prides herself on providing the highest quality customer care. Her friendly nature and professional approach help keep clients calm and relaxed throughout their treatments.

Joana is our Customer Service Team Manager and is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service experience. Joana organises and manages incoming cases, and is responsible for collating, measuring and reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors. Joana also ensures that the service team are customer-centric and dedicated to providing an amazing experience while overseeing the performance of Dental professionals to ensure our team meets the high-quality service expectations.
